Return & Refund Policy

At Kingdom Books India, we want you to receive your Bibles, Christian books, devotionals, and other Christian literature in excellent condition. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery when the item:

• Is damaged during shipping.

• Is defective or materially damaged when received.

• Is the wrong book, language, edition, or product compared with the order placed.

• Is missing from the package or an incorrect item has been supplied.

For a return to be accepted, the product should normally be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging and labels where applicable.

Products that have been used, written in, highlighted, marked, torn, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

2. Wrong or Damaged Book Received

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Order number

• Name of the product

• Clear photographs or video showing the issue

• Photographs of the outer package, where relevant

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

We generally do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong book by mistake, or no longer require the product, particularly where the book has been opened or used.

For an unused and resalable product, we may consider a return request at our discretion, subject to the product category, condition, return shipping, and applicable law.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted where:

• The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

• Pages have been written on, highlighted, folded, torn, or otherwise marked.

• The product is returned without the required parts or accessories, where applicable.

• The return request is made after the applicable return period, unless otherwise required by law.

• The product was specially prepared, personalized, or supplied under terms that make it non-returnable, where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

When a refund is approved, the applicable amount will generally be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank-account, UPI, or other payment details required to process the refund securely.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account can depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

6. Replacement

Where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund where the same product is available.

If the replacement is unavailable, we may process a refund or provide another appropriate resolution.

7. Return Shipping

For products returned because we sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective, Kingdom Books India will generally arrange or bear the reasonable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For approved change-of-mind or customer-error returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please contact us and we will advise you of the available options.

Any refund following an approved cancellation will be processed according to the payment method and applicable terms.

9. Partial or Missing Orders

If your order arrives with one or more products missing, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the package and its contents.

We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange the missing item or issue a refund for the affected product.

Please do not send a product back to us without first contacting customer support and receiving return instructions.

11. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned product, where applicable, has been received and inspected.

Kingdom Books India reserves the right to verify the condition and eligibility of returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

12. Important Note

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Kingdom Books India.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Where applicable law provides a consumer with a greater right or remedy, that right will continue to apply.
