At Kingdom Books India, we carefully pack every order and work to deliver your Bibles, Christian books, devotionals, and other Christian literature safely and on time.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products to eligible delivery addresses across India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination, courier service, product availability, and local delivery conditions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

For Cash on Delivery orders, processing may begin after the order has been successfully verified.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:

Metro and major cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations: 3–7 business days
Remote or certain rural locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer because of weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, courier delays, remote-area conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer:

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number or tracking link through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your customer account, depending on the available delivery service.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the courier's tracking system to become active.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

• District

• Pincode

• Valid mobile number

Kingdom Books India is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address or contact information supplied by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their service policies.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable courier services, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Possible causes include:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier operational issues

• Transportation disruptions

• Natural disasters

• Address verification issues

• Remote-area delivery limitations

• Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number so that we can check the shipment status.

9. Damaged Package

Please inspect your package when it is delivered.

If the outer package appears seriously damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs or video of the package before opening it, where practical.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos/videos of the package

• Photos of the damaged product

• A description of the issue

10. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs of the package and its contents to help us investigate the issue.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains several products, we may ship them together or in separate packages depending on stock availability, warehouse location, product size, or courier requirements.

You may therefore receive different items from the same order at different times.

12. Pre-Orders and Temporarily Unavailable Products

Products marked as pre-order, advance order, or temporarily unavailable may have a different dispatch timeline.

Where an order contains products with different availability dates, we may contact you or ship available items separately where appropriate.

13. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products and delivery locations.

COD availability, order limits, and verification requirements may vary depending on the delivery address and courier service.

Please keep the required amount ready when the courier arrives.

15. Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to Kingdom Books India because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable due to incorrect information, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, we may contact you regarding the next steps.

A replacement shipment may require payment of applicable additional shipping charges.

Any refund for a returned shipment will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

16. Shipping Restrictions
